Sadly, shame and the mental health stigma prevent many people from getting the help they need. I believe the way forward is open and honest conversations about anxiety and mental health. Bold Trust is a step in that direction.
To celebrate my book release, I’m sharing my first podcast, Freedom from Anxiety. I’m testing the waters to see if there’s interest in it and to see if it’s something I can manage in addition to my writing and other responsibilities.
Initially this podcast will be similar to a book club, going over each chapter of my book. In this episode, I introduce myself and Bold Trust. I share my experiences with anxiety and what led me to write Bold Trust. Next month, we’ll dive into chapter one. Let me know if there is anything else you’d like to cover in next month’s episode.
